What is digitizing? Digitizing is a process in which the artwork for your logo is imported into the embroidery software to prepare the embroidery stitches. The digitizer takes the artwork and plots the type of stitch, direction of the stitch and the various elements of the design either using a digitizing tablet or on screen. The embroidery software creates the stitches and outputs the stitches to a disk or directly to the embroidery machine.
Our digitizers have years of professional experience digitizing thousand of logos and we can ensure that your logo maintains its integrity Back to Top
What format should my artwork be in? Your artwork can be in paper format if it is a high quality print which allows us to scan your design. Digitial formats that work best for digitizing are formats that are high resolution and clean lines. The best artwork for digitizing is a vector file such as ai or cdr. A jpg or gif can be used if it is high resolution.

Can my design be sewn on any garment? Our digitizers adjust the design to the fabric. So a design that may sew out well on a pique fabric may have to be adjusted to be sewn out on a heavier fabric such as fleece. Back to Top
How long does the process take? This depends on the design and the garment you would like to have embroidered. The more complicated a design the longer it takes to digitize. However, the average time for digitizing a design is usually 3 day to 5 days. Most garments on our web site and in our catalog are in stock. We can rush most orders for an additional fee. Back to Top
Do I have to order my garment from you? No, you do not. We will be happy to provide you with embroidery services. Prices are based on whether the design needs to be digitized and the size of the design. Back to Top
Do you do screen printing? We use a method using Goof Proof® heat transfers to apply stock or custom imprints to t-shirts. The design provides a heavier feel. Generally speaking, it is screen printing that is printed on transfer paper then it is heat pressed on to a t-shirt. Back to Top
